Observations on B Hussein Obama

Does anyone think that President Obama really believe the stuff he says?

Seriously...is it just me ( and my wife and our kids) who listen to this man and get the impression that he babbles and rambles so much because he's trying to convince himself?

And who really believes that he is such an incredible orator? Why? Because he has learned how to read from a teleprompter?

How frustrating was it to watch him read his speech last night during his first press conference from the White House? Look left and read...look right and read...look left...and on and on. The speech was 8 minutes. Does anyone besides me think that he ought to be able to pull off 8 minutes without someone writing the words for him?

I'm just don't understand why so many people love the way he speaks.

And did you ever notice how often he lets the last word in a sentence trail off? How he throws that "I'm cool" nonchalance at the end of a sentence? I think he does it because he doesn't have confidence in what he's saying. And he wants to move quickly to the next sentence because he either A) wants to keep throwing mud at the wall as fast as he can so that nobody really considers that what he said actually meant nothing. Or B) he is hoping that the next sentence he reads from the teleprompter has some meaning that he (and we) can actually sink our teeth into. Too bad that moment has never come for me.

He says "My" too much. Like the first-time junior manager surrounded by far more skills and experience, who gets his authority from his title, Obama says "My Cabinet, My Treasury Secretary, My Idea...etc." Everybody knows you're the president, buddy.

Good leaders never have to take the credit. Only pretenders do.

In the real world, whenever I see someone in business speaking this way, I consider that person small-minded and not at all comfortable about their standing among their peers.

Obama shows a tremendous amount of insecurity. ( Insecurity, I believe is what spawned those silly pretend " Office of the President Elect" signs which appeared the second he was elected. )

Insecure presidents make for terrible leaders.
